New Esphigmenou dismissed

Father Maximos of Iviron Monastery in a recent letter (published in vimaorthodoxias.gr) defends the persecuted monks of Esphigmenou and dismisses the so called "new Esphigmenou" as "parachutists". athosforum.org has consistently dismissed this group of ad hoc instrument of forces that are enemies of Athonite Orthodoxy.
This is a very significant development as it comes from a highly esteemed elder and from the very lair of the beast that has led to the destruction of Athonite monasticism.
